User and Customer Responsibilities

By accessing, using, or purchasing Codas Labs products or services, you represent and agree that you will not engage in discriminatory, harassing, hateful, abusive, or exclusionary conduct toward any individual or group.

You further acknowledge that Codas Labs may consider credible external evidence—including but not limited to user reports, public records, platform behavior, or publicly available content—indicating discriminatory or abusive conduct when determining whether continued access to our products or services is appropriate.

Enforcement and Remedies

Codas Labs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take appropriate action in response to violations of this policy, including but not limited to:
• Warning or suspension
• Removal of content
• Termination of accounts, access, or services
• Refusal to provide or continue providing products or services

Codas Labs may refuse service or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates this policy or otherwise undermines the safety, integrity, or values of our platforms and community.

No Retaliation

Codas Labs prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports discrimination, harassment, or violations of this policy or participates in an investigation related to such matters.

Scope and Relationship to Other Policies

This Anti-Discrimination Policy supplements, and does not replace, our:
• Terms of Service
• Messaging Policy / Acceptable Use Policy
• Community Guidelines (if applicable)
• Employment and contractor policies

In the event of any conflict, Codas Labs’ Terms of Service shall control.

Reservation of Rights

Nothing in this policy creates a contractual right, obligation, or guarantee of service. Codas Labs retains all rights not expressly granted and reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
