Privacy
This website has two forms: a sign-up for our newsletter, The Multiplier, and a contact form. It uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used and sets no advertising cookies. This page explains what each of those does with your information.

What the site collects from you
There is no account to create and no login. The site itself keeps no database of visitors: what you type into a form is passed straight to the service that handles it, listed below.
The Multiplier sign-up
- We ask for your first name and email address.
- We email you a link to confirm the address is yours. Until you click it, you are not subscribed and we do not add you to any list. The link stops working after 48 hours.
- When you confirm, we add your name and address to our subscriber list, together with when you asked, when you confirmed, and that you signed up on this site, so we can show you agreed.
- We use your address only to send you The Multiplier, one email a week. Every issue has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
The contact form
- We ask for your name, your email address, what your message is about, and the message.
- The form sends it as an email to our support inbox, and we reply from there. Sending a message does not sign you up to anything.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads a Google script to measure page views and site use. The page you land on when you confirm your newsletter sign-up does not load it.
What your browser stores
When analytics cookies are allowed, Google Analytics 4 uses _ga and
_ga_<id> to distinguish visitors and keep session state. Their default expiry
is two years, refreshed on visits; your browser may shorten this.
Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked first: analytics cookie storage stays off until Accept, though Google may receive cookieless pings while it is off. Elsewhere, analytics runs by default unless you have saved a Reject choice.
- Your cookie choice is stored on your device in localStorage under
codas_consent_v1. - If you dismiss an announcement bar, your browser also stores its identifier under
codas-wbar-dismissedso the same bar does not reappear. - To withdraw an accepted choice, use Change cookie choice
and choose Reject when asked, or clear your browser's site data. The link clears
codas_consent_v1and reloads this page.
Other companies involved in serving this page
These providers receive information when your browser uses their services:
- Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host it keeps standard server logs, which record requests and the network addresses they came from, for operating and securing the service.
- Resend sends our emails: the confirmation link for the newsletter, and your contact message to our inbox. It keeps a record of the emails it sends for a limited period under its own retention policy.
- GoHighLevel holds our newsletter subscriber list and sends The Multiplier.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on these policy pages (the homepage serves its own). Loading a font from Google means your browser makes a request to Google, so Google sees your network address as part of delivering it.
- Google LLC receives analytics data through Google Analytics 4, including page views and site-use information, or cookieless pings when analytics cookie storage is off.
We do not use these services for advertising or profiling.
If you write to us or subscribe
If you email us or use the contact form, about working together, about a role, or about anything else, we hold your address and whatever you chose to write.
- We use your address to send you the thing you asked for, and to reply to you.
- We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.
- Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
- You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to the address above and we will do it.
How long we keep things
- Sign-ups you never confirm: we do not store them. The confirmation email itself stays in our email provider's records for its retention period.
- Subscribers: kept while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address marked do-not-contact so we never email you again by mistake.
- Contact messages: kept in our support inbox while they are useful for answering you, and deleted on request.
- Deletion requests: write to us and we remove your name and everything else we hold, except your email address marked do-not-contact and the record of when you subscribed and unsubscribed. Keeping those is what stops us ever adding you again.
- Server logs: kept by our host on its own retention schedule for operating and securing the site.
Children
This site is intended for people running or working in a business. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Where your information is handled
We are based in the United States and our service providers process data there. If you write to us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to the United States.
Changes to this policy
If this changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. We expect changes to follow a change in what the site does, not a change in what we want to do with your data.
